A Diretoria da Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres - ANTT, no uso de suas atribuições, fundamentada nos termos do Relatório à Diretoria DNO - 058/2002, de 11 de setembro de 2002, RESOLVE:

1. Autorizar as empresas relacionadas no item 4, desta Resolução, a prestarem serviço de transporte rodoviário interestadual ou internacional de passageiros, sob regime de fretamento contínuo, eventual ou turístico.

2. Autorizar a Superintendência de Serviços de Transporte de Passageiros - SUPAS a emitir os respectivos Certificados de Registro para Fretamento - CRF - Forma Autorização, com validade de dois anos.

3. Estabelecer que a prestação do serviço, na modalidade de fretamento contínuo, fica condicionada, ainda, a posterior autorização específica da ANTT, conforme determina o Art. 9° da Resolução ANTT n° 17/2002.

4. Estabelecer que, conforme determina o Art. 10 da Resolução ANTT n° 17/2002, a prestação do serviço na modalidade de fretamento eventual ou turístico fica condicionada, ainda, à autorização prévia de cada viagem, pelo Departamento de Polícia Rodoviária Federal, órgão conveniado para esse fim.
